Best way get Sharepoint 2010 data for ETL in SSIS ?

What is best way to get Sharepoint 2010 data for ETL in SSIS ?

Some people suggested using this free adapter : http://sqlsrvintegrationsrv.codeplex.com. Some is using Sharepoint Web services.

But for now, I choose Sharepoint Managed Client Object Model, compared with Sharepoint Web services, Client Object Model has several advantages, one that I need is can do Join Query.

How about the above adapter ? I don’t know, I just feel why we used tool from the outside if there is already built-in tool. But if someone has made more depth comparison about that, please share Smile

So. What do you need to do “sharepoint managed client object model” in SSIS SQL 2008 R2, here there are:

1. Install http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21786 and this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=26624 for Sharepoint SP1.

2. Change .Net framework to 3.5 in Project Properties like this:
