Fixing XML: Surrounding attribute with double quotes using Regex

I got bad formated XML with attribute doesn’t surrounded by quotes or double quotes. Then after some searching, learning, and trying Regex I’ve found this solution:

string bad="<entity ID=60000 attr1=200902160131 />";
string good = Regex.Replace(bad, "=([^\"'\\s>][^\\s>]*)", "=\"$1\"");

And I also found this free tool is absolutely useful for Regex-ing : http://www.radsoftware.com.au/regexdesigner/
